Oh my heavens what can I say but I LOVE DISNEYLAND! If you are contemplating ever taking little kids it is SO worth it! Ella is almost four and is the perfect age that everything is magical! Tate is just old enough to not be so fragile but is not mobile yet so he just hung out in the front pack or stroller and was as happy as a clam. This year we came with plans to make this trip memorable for Ella. It was our kids first trip to Disneyland and we have been plotting and planning for a long time what we wanted to do. Ella was greeted by a "Fairy Godmother in Training" at the Biddity Bobbity Boutique where she was transformed into a beautiful princess with a tiara, dress, and fairy dust! She was pampered so sweetly and everyone called her "Princess Ella." Luckily she didn't let all the attention go to her head but she did get lots of attention! Ella also got to meet the princesses at Ariel's Grotto! We ate lots of yummy food and the some of the princesses made their grand entrance to dine with us! Ella was in heaven when she met Ariel and her conversation with Cinderella went something like this: "Oh Cinderella I just love you and you can come to my castle....no I want to come to your castle and you are my BEST FRIEND!!" Oh it was SO cute and she could barely eat her food she was so excited.
Three days at Disneyland was perfect and by the third day Ella had warmed up to all the rides and we were able to catch a few rides two or three times because she had so much fun! Splash mountain was her favorite!
After many hours at Disneyland, my mom was kind enough to take the children back to our hotel and let us "adults" (ya right) have a little fun at the park. Jake and I were like little kids running from ride to ride! You are NEVER to old for Disneyland!
